Q - What is Party Alcohol Liability (PAL)?

This program provides protection when lawsuits are brought against  individuals, organizations or companies who host single/multi-day  functions with alcohol service. Designed for event hosts who are holding  reception-type events in a rented facility or outdoors. A valid liquor permit or  license must be in place for service of alcohol.

Events with live entertainment OR sports DO NOT qualify for this policy.

For events with LIVE ENTERTAINMENT or SPORTING EVENTS, please submit a Special Events Liability Application.

We need a standard 110v plug with a dedicated 15 amp circuit to operate the our trailer. We can work with your team to ensure the venue has the power we need to operate smoothly! For residential events, we also have the option of a rental generator in the rare case that the power supply is not sufficient (additional charges may apply).  

We can provide a keg system that is powered without electricity and uses a wort cooling coil to refrigerate the draft. Draft can provide a very economical way to supply your guest with a refreshing beverage.

Liquor laws in Canada don’t allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol and acquiring a Special Events/Occasion Permit from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) so we can legally dispense any alcoholic beverages. There may also be additional licensing required through Party and Alcohol Liability (PAL) as well depending on your event. We can assist you with these processes as well.

To book with Memorie Lane you first need your date, but after that we require a $300.00 deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event date. If the event is a short notice event less than 30 days before the event date, then full payment is required at the time of the contract signing upfront.

Odin is 14 feet long including hitch, 10' long and 5' wide. But don't let his size fool you Odin is full of spunk and can full fill any requirement asked of him. With our bartenders Odin can serve up quite a punch when needed.

We love to serve anything that comes in a keg, can or bottle including beer, wine, cider, cold brew from our amazing local vendors. We even have the equipment to make special drinks that can be dispensed by our keg system. We also serve spirit-based drinks and cocktails. We can even work with you to craft a signature cocktail for your event!

Once we know about your event and have it booked we can assist you on estimated purchase volumes.

The first 50km round trip comes free. After 50 km we charge $0.80/km. If you event is outside of our normal travel area contact us for a quote on travel cost.

We have Commercial General Liability Insurance and Alcohol Liability Insurance, plus all of our bartenders are Smart Serve Certified!

We encourage it! Odin loves bling to get adorned with flowers, balloons, decals, marquee letters and more. We can work with you to dress Odin to the nines. Just ask and we will be happy to assist with decorating Odin. He’s very precious to us!
